I am María José León, a Nutritionist and Dietitian with collegiate number 00833, graduated from Pablo de Olavide University. My training extends to several masters and courses, starting with the Master of Education (MAES) to merge nutrition and education. Additionally, I completed the Master of Psychology and Coaching at the University of Murcia, which allows me to understand the relationship between health and the psycho-emotional well-being of my patients.

My interest in intestinal health and the gut-brain axis led me to specialize in Digestive Pathologies with CEAN Group and to explore Mycotherapy, a treatment with medicinal mushrooms, with Hifas da Terra. Also, I have trained in Sports Nutrition and ISAK I Anthropometry, vital for understanding nutritional requirements in athletes.

I have worked in nutrition consultations and in teaching Dietetics at Colegio Santa Joaquina de Vedruna and CESUR Sevilla. Currently, I focus on the Integral Health of the person and am pursuing the Master in Clinical Psychoneuroimmunology by Regenera. I believe in addressing health in a holistic manner, considering all the variables that can affect it, such as endocrine, hormonal, metabolic, osteo-articular, and psycho-emotional balance. In my consultation, I seek to collaborate with professionals from different fields to provide a complete and personalized treatment to each patient. My approach is to help you achieve integral well-being and optimal health.

After knowing my training, I want to explain how I can help you. Firstly, it is fundamental to evaluate your current health to define the necessary guidelines to achieve your goals. This involves addressing various aspects, such as your digestive-intestinal health, intolerances, psycho-emotional health (including stress, anxiety, and sleep quality), endocrine regulation, immune function, physical activity level, hydration, exposure to sunlight, medical history, and your eating style.

It is essential to highlight that there is no one-size-fits-all approach, as each person has a unique health context and personal situation. Therefore, I consider the most important things are:

1. Performing an accurate assessment and diagnosis.

2. Establishing personalized follow-up to evaluate improvements and make adjustments as necessary.

Once we have all this information, we will address the aspects that require specific attention. We will work on improving digestion, addressing intestinal discomforts and transit issues, promoting liver and kidney detoxification, regulating thyroid function, strengthening the immune system, optimizing physical performance and preventing injuries, maintaining adequate hydration, adapting dietary guidelines to your lifestyle, and regulating the circadian cycle.
