I am Alicia Lozano, a health psychologist with registration number AN-11007, and my passion for psychology arose from a young age. My desire has always been to help people, which led me to study Psychology at the University of Seville. Later, I decided to specialize in the clinical field, completing my training with a Master’s degree in General Health Psychology at the University of Granada.
Throughout my career, I have trained in various evidence-based therapeutic approaches, such as Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy and third-generation therapies. This allows me to offer a comprehensive and personalized approach to each individual.
Additionally, I discovered my passion for Psychonutrition, where I work on improving people’s relationship with food. I have completed courses such as the University Expert in Eating Disorders and Obesity at the Pablo de Olavide University, and others at the Cabal Clinic, addressing topics such as body image and compulsive intake.
Psychonutrition not only focuses on eating disorders but also addresses difficulties related to eating, body, and emotional management through food.
Today, I work as a therapist in private practice and offer training to groups. My goal is to help you understand and overcome your emotional and eating challenges so that you can enjoy a healthier and more balanced life.
